"I met Cliffeton Green in East Hampton, NY in 2004. She was a high end real estate agent and I was house hunting. The first time I spoke to her was on a telephone. She encouraged me to explain EXACTLY what I was looking for in a home. She listened attentively for 45 minutes without comment, but I was soon to realize that she was hyper focused in getting me to goal. My dream was to have a home with built-in wood closets that were functional and beautifully designed. I wanted a well designed home that was loft like and spacious. She more than fulfilled my dream and each outing during our search was filled with laughter and pure unadulterated fun.

One might think that Ms Green would disappear after the closing of this exquisite house, but actually she had just begun to help me. She planted a glorious crepe myrtle in my back yard and helped me organize my furniture by experimenting with different patterns until it was perfect. She had an eye for design and knew exactly how to lay out each room to its best effect. She immediately began to beg me to paint the staircase railings and existing book cases white. I refused despite the fact that the wood railings and book cases were a weird orangy stained color. She continued to beg me to make this change for the next 10 years. When I finally listened to her (duhhhhhh) the house went from really lovely to gorgeous!

I could go on and on about Ms Green’s endless talents in terms of decorating and designing gardens. I have personally seen her design multiple gardens and make them magical with her exquisite eye for landscaping. She is a major talent and an ethical, kind human being. I only wish she still lived in the Hamptons!"

"I have a couple of homes in Bridgehampton, NY and had decided to put one on the market for sale at $3.9 million or rent it for $250,000 a year. I was getting nowhere when Cliffeton (our real estate broker) offered to help us in transforming the place to get it rented or sold. We agreed upon a price and she told me that all would be done in 2 weeks. This is a 4500 square ft home so I was fairly sure she was being a bit ambitious with her time table, but at the end of 2 weeks she called and said that the house was finished.
